How To Gain An Unfair Advantage Without Working At It!!

Decades ago, I saw a seminar where the speaker was stating the only difference between where you are now and where you want to be is knowledge. His argument was that if Bill Gates lost all his money tomorrow… he can get right back up there again quickly because he had expertise which people would pay back for. Well, I kind of agree. And I kind of do not. Please refer to chiropratic marketing

Because I know plenty of folks who have plenty of knowledge that aren’t raking in the cash because they do not take the right action and do not have the right mindset.

I believe knowledge is to business owners what steroid drugs are to sports athletes – only knowledge is effective for you and has no side effects. But they both give you an unfair advantage .

Of course, even if an athlete takes performance boosting drugs, if he doesn’t take action or have the right mindset – he’s not going to win. So I would say the three things successful business owners have in common (and I’ve met a great number of them ) are…

Knowledge Action Mind-set!

However today I would like to talk about the knowledge issue and how it supports us back.
Now there are a few problems which are present in business. And they usually revolve
around people… techniques and money.

Let’s look at people… if you can’t get the right staff members, you probably have a knowledge problem in terms of not being aware of how to attract them… how to set up systems so you have developed relationships with potential staff members before you need them… how to set your workplace up as “the spot everyone desires to work” and so on.

If you can’t get things done because you are always doing $15/hour work, you have a knowledge problem. And you need to learn how to set up systems so everyone else does this work and you can concentrate on what you do best. (if you have not read Michael Gerber’s E-Myth, I highly advise it and also check our chiropractic seminars).

Does this stuff make any sense to you? And it’s the same with money issues.
If you can’t get more patients, you have a knowledge issue –
If you can’t get your advertisements to work, you have a knowledge issue –
While knowledge may be the complete solution, and while there are a great number of people out there with lots of knowledge and very little to show for it… if you combine knowledge with action and the right mindset, you have an unbeatable combination.
