Quick And Easy Recipe For Chocolate Raspberry Mousse

The ingredients you need are:

1 cup of evaporated milk, well chilled

1 teaspoon of vanilla essence

½ teaspoon cinnamon

1 tablespoon gelatine

¼ cup of boiling water

2 tablespoons of orange juice

1 cup of raspberries, fresh or frozen are fine

1 tablespoon apple juice concentrate

And here’s how to prepare it:

Beat the milk, essence of vanilla and cinnamon until the mixture is thick, creamy and doubled in size.

Dissolve the gelatine in boiling water, add the orange juice and then fold in the milk mixture.

Add the raspberries and apple juice concentrate and stir well.

Pour the completed mixture into a mould or dessert goblets and pop into the refrigerator until firm.
