For making the lamb kabobs, you will need 6 pounds lean lamb ( cut into 1 inch cubes). For the marinades, you will need 1 cup olive oil, 1 cup red wine, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 2 cloves garlic (minced), 1/2 tsp pepper, 1 tsp oregano and 1 tsp salt.

Take all the marinade ingredients except the salt in a large bowl. Add the lamb cubes, coating them well with the marinade. Mix all the things well and keep aside for 2 hours. Add the salt. Thread the lamb cubes with the marinades onto the skewers. Put the skewers on the grill and cook for around 10 minutes and turn the side. Baste the lamb cubes with remaining marinade and cook for 10 minutes. Make sure the kabobs are cooked on both the sides. You can enjoy the hot kabobs.

Cheesy Meatballs:

For preparing the cheesy meatballs, you will need 500g minced meat, 1 onion, 50 g bread crumbs, 150 g grated parmesan cheese, 3 tbsp ketchup, 1 tbsp fresh parsley, 4 basil leaves, 3/4 tsp worcestershire sauce, 1 egg, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp salt as well as olive oil for cooking.

Mix the beef, onion, breadcrumbs, cheese, ketchup, parsley, basil, salt, worcestershire sauce and garlic powder in a large mixing bowl. Add the egg and mix thoroughly. Make small balls with the prepared mixture. Take 2 tbsp of olive oil in a pan and heat it. Add the meatballs and cook until lightly browned. Drain the fried meatballs on the paper towel. Enjoy your tasty meatballs.
