We might think that it is just a cake – your wedding cake will, infact, be the centre pieces of your wedding reception. The cream, frosting and sugar of the cake will automatically grab the attention of your guests. The wedding cake should always be made with love and care.

Butter Cake Recipe:
Butter cake is a well-liked cake for it’s firm and moist texture. The major things needed to make butter cake consists of 1 1/2 cups melted butter, 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar, 5 eggs, 3 cups all purpose flour, 3/4 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 cup milk, 1 tsp pure vanilla extract along with 3/4 tsp almond extract.
How to prepare:
You can begin with preheating the oven to 350 degress F. Mix the cream butter and sugar in a bowl until they become light and fluffy. Add eggs at one time, mixing well after each addition. Add vanilla and almond flavor. Mix flour with baking powder and salt. Gradually you can add the milk to the flour and mix them well. Put the mixture into the greased pan. You can put the pan in the preheated oven and bake the cake till it becomes light golden brown in color. Normally it takes 20-25 minutes. Allow the cake to cool before frosting.
Cheesecake:
Cheesecake is the perfect dessert with smooth and creamy texture.
To make the crust, you will need 2 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs plus 1/2 cup butter.
To prepare the filling, you will need 1 pkg. cream cheese, 1 tbsp lemon juice 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 cup milk, 1/2 tsp vanilla, 2 eggs along with dash of salt.
For topping, you will need 2tbsp sugar, 1 cup sour cream along with 1/2 tsp vanilla.
How to make:
Mix the graham crackers crumbs and butter and press into buttered 8 inch pie plate to form the crust on bottom and sides. Take the cream cheese in a bowl and beat it well. Add lemon juice, 1/2 cup sugar, milk, salt and vanilla. Put the eggs (one at a time) and mix well. Pour filling into the crust. Bake at 325 degress F for around 25-30 minutes. Spread 2 tbsp sugar along with sour cream and 1/2 tsp vanilla over the top of the cheesecake and bake for additional 10 minutes. Allow it to chill for 5 hrs before serving.
